About The Position
Team Joarder, an independent Domino’s franchisee, is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. The position includes leading shifts, serving customers, preparing food, coaching employees, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, monitoring inventory, handling cash, and assisting with opening and closing. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training and advancement to General Manager may be available based on performance and open positions.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Take orders and prepare food, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.
- Answer customer questions and professionally resolve concerns.
- Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
