About The Position

Domino’s Assistant Manager helps lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role includes leading shifts, preparing and checking orders, supporting employees through training and coaching, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, monitoring inventory, and assisting with cash handling and store opening and closing. The Assistant Manager also supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
