About The Position
Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver for its New Stanton, Pennsylvania distribution center. The position involves operating a non-CDL box truck, delivering tires to customers, and providing professional customer service on delivery routes. Drivers are home every night, and Sunday shifts are not required. The role also supports warehouse operations and teamwork. Flynn’s Tire offers paid training and opportunities to advance into other roles and leadership positions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
- No CDL is required.
Nice To Haves
- DOT medical certification is preferred; it must be obtained after hire.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and follow safe driving practices.
- Represent Flynn’s Tire Warehouse professionally and provide outstanding customer service on every route.
- Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop.
- Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates to warehouse leadership.
- Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and navigate delivery routes using GPS.
- Support warehouse operations and assist team members when needed.
