About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders in the designated area. Drivers earn an hourly wage in addition to mileage and tips; the posting states that drivers average $12–$17 per hour and that tips and mileage are paid daily. Flexible scheduling may be available. The role also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment safely, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training and orientation are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
PIP and bodily injury coverage is required.
Must have customer-service and navigational skills.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally.
Must perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Must have the motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Operate equipment safely according to operating standards.
Stock ingredients from deliveries in production areas and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare and prep products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
Read maps, locate delivery addresses, and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
