About The Position

The Delivery Driver drives a company vehicle over established routes to deliver products safely and efficiently to clients and customers. The role also provides customer service in the store and during deliveries, assists customers with orders and questions, and helps prepare paint products to customer specifications. This is a part-time position in Lawton, Oklahoma. Store hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday; the store is closed Sundays. Flexible scheduling is available.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Punctual and dependable.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to distinguish differences between colors.
High school diploma or comparable certification (GED).
Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable for the role.
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, squat, lift, and carry products to and from delivery and customer vehicles, store areas, and possible job delivery sites.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service; experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure prompt deliveries.
Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
Prepare orders by mixing or tinting products to customers’ specifications.
Identify and match paint colors accurately.
Assist customers by phone and in the store with orders and questions.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain a cash drawer properly.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
