About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you will safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers in local neighborhoods, using established routes, GPS, or knowledge of local streets and addresses. You will also assist customers with orders and menu questions, provide excellent customer service, ensure accurate deliveries, handle payments as needed, and help maintain cleanliness and organization within the store. The role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
Valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
No more than two traffic violations within the past two years.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and good mobility.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a motor vehicle to deliver orders to customers’ homes and businesses.
Navigate efficiently using GPS or knowledge of local streets and addresses.
Assist customers with placing orders, customizing pizzas, and answering menu questions.
Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Ensure accuracy in order delivery and handle payments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
