About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products to company standards, maintain store cleanliness and food safety, and deliver orders within the designated area. The role also supports inventory organization, restocking, and a positive team environment. Drivers must use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment when leaving the company.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available to eligible team members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible team members may also participate in a 401(k) program. RPM offers ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College, along with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
