About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression into management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors and distribute flyers and door hangers. Drivers may also perform general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including carrying pizzas and beverages, walking, and climbing stairs; navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including navigating multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Carry products and beverages during deliveries and walk between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
