About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas to customers in the designated delivery area. The role involves providing fast, friendly service and representing the brand through punctuality, a positive personality, professional appearance, and enthusiastic customer communication. Drivers may also support store operations by taking and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. The position may be part-time or full-time and offers flexible schedules; the posting notes opportunities to develop skills and potentially advance to management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps and navigate to addresses in the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform tasks involving walking, occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and stair use.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
Must be able to communicate with customers and coworkers, work alone or with others, work under stress, and meet quality control standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers and maintain a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Read maps, locate delivery addresses, and navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Perform tasks independently and with coworkers, work under stress, meet quality standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Handle monetary transactions and make accurate change.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle as needed.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies.
Support pizza preparation and related tasks, including shaping dough, using pizza tools, and folding cardboard boxes.
