About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members may perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery areas, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
• Must be able to carry products while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to work alone and with others, handle stress, perform repetitive tasks, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for paperwork, lift and carry supplies, push or pull trays, climb, bend, crouch, squat, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and handle monetary change accurately.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including moving trays, cleaning, and occasional maintenance-related duties.
