About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to meet Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance standards. This includes providing polite and courteous assistance to phone and carryout customers, maintaining a professional appearance, and demonstrating the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra. Drivers must follow delivery procedures, keep their vehicles neat and clean, and ensure orders are repeated for accuracy with the customer’s name and address confirmed. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT.

Requirements

• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Follow the stated delivery procedures and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone and carryout customers politely and courteously, and be helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
• Maintain an appearance that meets company standards.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
• Keep the driver vehicle neat, clean, and presenting a positive image while working.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not route deliveries early or check in early from a delivery.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
