About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to meet Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance standards. This includes providing polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service when answering phones or assisting carryout customers, and maintaining the required professional image. Drivers must follow delivery, cash-handling, vehicle-cleanliness, and safety procedures, and complete the Safe Delivery CBT. All orders must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed.

Requirements

• Have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Say, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable information about the menu.
• Maintain the required professional image while working.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
• Keep delivery vehicles neat, clean, and presentable while working.
• Follow routing procedures; drivers must not be routed early or checked in early from deliveries.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order to confirm accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
