About The Position

The Delivery Driver - Relief Route Sales - Beverages role is based in Ada, Oklahoma. The driver delivers, sells, and merchandises PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, by serving local stores on a route. The role involves unloading products, merchandising them to standards, and building positive customer relationships so communities receive beverages safely and on time. Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid CDL Class A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and follow DOT regulations. The posting notes that California location exceptions apply: outside Stockton, Non-Excepted Intrastate and Non-Excepted Interstate status are accepted; in Stockton, only Non-Excepted Interstate status is accepted.
Communicate effectively in English.
Be able to repeatedly push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds throughout the day, and kneel, climb, bend, reach, and walk while delivering and stocking products, with or without accommodation.
Be able to reach, squat, and bend while delivering and merchandising products in stores, and deliver products across a wide variety of weather conditions, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Sell products and execute promotions while delivering to scheduled customers.
Service all scheduled customers by the end of the shift and provide strong customer service.
Rotate and stock products in backrooms, on shelves, and in displays, including coolers and vending equipment, and manage backroom inventory to ensure freshness.
Build displays and set up promotional materials, including pricing signs, banners, and other point-of-sale materials, to local standards.
Place future orders, generate invoices, and complete daily settlement of cash and charges using provided tools.
