About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring delivery drivers to deliver customer orders and support store operations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time availability, and may suit students or people seeking supplemental work. Drivers receive a competitive hourly wage plus tips, with tips paid out after each shift. Team members may have opportunities to grow within the organization, including into management.

The position involves delivering products by car to customers’ doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities. Drivers must use a personal phone for the in-store delivery app and may need to drive in adverse weather and navigate challenging terrain.

Paid training and employee discounts are offered. All team members are eligible for benefits, with eligibility for certain benefits depending on hours worked. A 401(k) is offered after one year of employment to employees who are at least 21 years old.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Submit to a criminal background check.
• Have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• May need to drive and deliver in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.
