About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to make deliveries using their own vehicles. Drivers can listen to their own music while driving and receive wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. The employer is willing to train. Part-time work is available with flexible schedules, and the store is currently seeking drivers for rush, late, and closing shifts. Full-time employees become eligible for health benefits after six months. Applicants must meet the stated age and driving-history requirements and satisfy the company’s motor vehicle record and background compliance requirements. Driving-record rules include limits on violations and at-fault accidents, and certain serious violations disqualify applicants from driving for Domino’s. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age, as stated in the job description.
- Valid driver’s license; the employer does not accept drivers without an officially stated license.
- At least two years of verifiable driving experience, subject to the additional age-specific driving-history rules listed in the posting.
- Consistent work history.
- Ability to meet company compliance requirements concerning motor vehicle records, DOT, CSA, and/or criminal background checks.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently.
- Meet the employer’s driving-record standards: no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Disqualified from driving for Domino’s if the driving record includes leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
