About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders in the local area and support in-store operations. Drivers are the face of Domino’s and are expected to provide a friendly customer experience while safely and quickly delivering hot, fresh pizza. Total compensation averages $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with stated annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers take home their tips at the end of each shift. The role also includes answering phones and taking orders, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting the in-store team when not driving. Flexible scheduling is offered. Health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) are available to eligible employees.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding permit time.
• Clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Reliability, teamwork, and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
