About The Position
The Delivery Driver operates equipment, stocks and rotates ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, prepares products, receives and processes telephone and internet orders, counts inventory, completes paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. The role requires communicating verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, both by phone and in person. Drivers must safely operate their own vehicle, navigate roads, maps, and adverse terrain or stairs at delivery sites while carrying products. The position also involves accurately performing basic arithmetic to make correct monetary change, with a calculator available if needed. Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
- Ability to safely drive a personal vehicle.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and grasping.
- Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
