About The Position
The Customer Service Rep operates equipment; stocks and rotates ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler; prepares products; receives and processes telephone and internet orders; counts inventory and completes paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility. The role requires communicating verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers, both over the phone and in person. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
