About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders in the designated area and provide customer service. Drivers earn an hourly wage in addition to mileage and tips; tips and mileage are paid daily. The role also includes general in-store team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, and cleaning equipment and facilities. On-the-job training and orientation are provided. Flexible scheduling is available. Domino’s describes opportunities for career growth, including advancement to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries; PIP and Bodily Injury coverage is required.
Customer service and navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make rapid, precise movements.
Ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, make judgments and decisions, and meet strict quality-control standards.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including stairs and multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting while driving, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and continuous reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers in the designated delivery area.
Operate equipment safely according to operating standards.
Stock ingredients from deliveries in production areas and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare and prep products.
Receive and process telephone orders, communicating with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Navigate delivery locations, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
Perform other outside tasks, including removing trash.
Follow quality-control standards and work effectively alone or with others.
