About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide a friendly, engaging customer experience while representing RPM and Domino’s brand standards. The role includes taking and preparing orders, maintaining store cleanliness and food safety, delivering customer service, supporting inventory activities, and delivering orders within the designated area. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. It is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
