Responsibilities

• Assist with staff training and development, daily huddles, zone charts, coaching, and setting performance standards.
• Model leadership, professionalism, punctuality, customer service, and company values.
• Support management with day-to-day leadership functions, store maintenance, team morale, inclusion, and professional growth.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and team-building efforts.
• Help meet sales and revenue expectations and communicate important business information to the team.
• Build customer relationships and promote sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Participate in weekly competitive analysis.
• Assist with inventory processes and reconciliation, including order intake, vault organization, fulfillment, cycle counts, invoice management, stocking, and inventory compliance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash management, drawer counting, till setup, and preparation of cash deposits.
• Communicate facility maintenance needs to management and help ensure store upkeep.
• Help keep online menus accurate and customer orders accurate and timely.
• Assist with inventory organization and destruction, and support staff training on inventory procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising and train staff on the customer journey as it relates to merchandising.
• Communicate sales and promotions to customers and promote loyalty sign-ups and customer experience initiatives.
• Meet other leadership requirements communicated by store management and perform other duties as assigned.
