Delivery Driver(03320) 19 Clinton Plaza Dr

Domino's Franchise•Oneonta, NY

About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to make deliveries in their own vehicles. Drivers earn an hourly wage, tips, and paid mileage reimbursement. The company offers training, flexible scheduling, and part-time availability. Current scheduling needs include closing shifts and weekend availability, either Saturday or Sunday or every other weekend. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits after six months. Drivers must meet the company’s driving-history and driving-record standards to operate a vehicle for business purposes. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and verifiable driving experience. The posting specifies that 18-year-olds need at least two years of driving history and 19-year-olds need at least one year immediately preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation. A learner’s permit period may count if documented by a government authority; drivers without an officially stated license are not accepted. Driving-record standards include no more than two driving-related violations in the two years before the motor vehicle record evaluation, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years. Certain violations—including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer—disqualify applicants. Applicants must also be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and maneuver a vehicle safely in close quarters and congested traffic. Information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
