About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager/General Manager to lead and develop within its growing organization. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The role offers the opportunity to build management and customer-service experience, pursue career advancement, and contribute to the community through charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Anyone who operates a motor vehicle for business purposes must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements. Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
At least one year of management experience.
Open availability.
No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
For business driving, disqualifying violations include leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
A learner’s permit may only be used to confirm driving history, and an officially stated license is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a Domino’s franchise store.
Participate in community efforts, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required and qualified.
