About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager/General Manager with ambition to advance. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The role offers opportunities to build management and customer service experience and grow within a company with 56 stores across the United States. The manager will also support community initiatives, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Anyone operating a motor vehicle for business purposes must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements. Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must have open availability.
To operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
A learner’s permit period documented by an appropriate governmental authority may be used to confirm driving history; an officially stated license is required.
Driving record must have no more than two driving-related violations in the two years preceding the MVR evaluation, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Drivers must not have disqualifying violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.

Responsibilities

Help lead store operations as an Assistant Manager or General Manager.
Support community initiatives, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
