About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its 200 East Norris location in Ottawa. The driver delivers products throughout the community, provides friendly customer service, and represents the organization professionally. The role involves safely operating a vehicle, planning efficient routes, keeping delivery records, checking vehicle condition, and coordinating with dispatch and management. Drivers should be able to work independently, follow management directions, and meet daily delivery targets.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions from management.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

• Knowledge of the local Ottawa area and familiarity with GPS/navigation systems.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers promptly and professionally.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide efficient service and arrive on time.
• Handle and transport packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers courteously, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status and obstacles.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally at every stop.
• Organize and manage the delivery schedule to meet daily targets and performance goals.
