About The Position

Domino’s is seeking friendly, dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The pay is $8.00 per hour, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist with in-store tasks. Opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and General Manager are available based on performance, training, and available positions. Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company’s insurance standards. Any review or background check occurs only after a conditional job offer and with the applicant’s written permission. Qualified applicants with criminal histories are considered in line with New Jersey and Philadelphia fair-chance laws, with an individualized assessment of the specific record and job duties. Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Agree to a motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards, conducted after a conditional job offer and with written permission.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Verify orders before leaving the store.
Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
