About The Position

CDL Delivery Drivers support day-to-day operations by delivering, unloading, and checking in products at customer accounts. They interact daily with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers to meet business expectations. Drivers represent the Company and are expected to provide outstanding customer service while completing deliveries safely, on time, and professionally. The role involves local travel, indoor and outdoor work, and variable workdays and hours that may include overtime. Overnight and long-haul travel or hours are not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold an active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and current certifications.
• Have verbal and written communication skills.
• Have effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Be able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Be able to diffuse conflict.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of previous CDL driving experience.
• Previous grocery or retail experience.
• Class A manual CDL.

Responsibilities

• Unload, load, and check in products at customer accounts.
• Balance invoices, verify payments, and ensure applicable paperwork is received.
• Work or rotate delivered product when necessary.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through outstanding, consistent customer service.
• Follow Company policies and procedures and applicable government regulations, including DOT and state liquor laws and regulations.
• Deliver Company products safely, on time, and professionally, and complete assigned driver duties.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to monitor its maintenance and safety.
• Work continually with team members to support and evaluate Company initiatives.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values.
• Complete other assigned tasks or projects.
