About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers also perform general store team-member duties, which may include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, deal with people, meet quality-control standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Navigate delivery areas, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Perform physical tasks such as carrying products during deliveries and moving supplies and trays in the store.
