About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Western Boulevard location in Raleigh. Drivers deliver orders in the local area and provide friendly, positive customer service. Compensation includes $8.00 per hour while in the store and $5.00 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers average $15.00–$20.00 per hour in total, with an estimated annual earning potential of $30,000–$40,000. Flexible scheduling is offered. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). Applicants must be able to pass a standard background check.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least one year, excluding permit time.
• Clean driving record, with no more than three violations in the past two years.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hustle and energy.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, positive customer service.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
