About The Position

Factory Motor Parts is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Delivery Driver who provides exceptional customer service. The driver serves as the “Face of Factory Motor Parts,” delivering merchandise safely, promptly, and professionally while making a positive impression and satisfying customers. The role calls for strong organization, time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain professional, cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid Class C or D driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map or understand the geographic area.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safely in various road conditions, which may include transporting hazardous materials.
• Strong organization, time-management, prioritization, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely, courteously, and defensively.
• Communicate professionally with customers at their sites.
• Set up customer returns accurately.
• Participate in yearly physical inventories.
• Deliver merchandise in a safe, prompt, and professional manner.
