About The Position

The Domino's Delivery Driver delivers pizzas within a designated area and also helps with in-store work. Team members receive training in deliveries, pizza preparation, and other store tasks. The role involves customer service, operating store equipment, preparing products, taking and processing orders, stocking ingredients, completing inventory and paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position offers opportunities to develop a career with Domino's, including advancement from delivery driver to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle for deliveries.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area and provide customer service.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take and process orders in person and by telephone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Help with in-store tasks, including making pizza.
