About The Position
Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a team-oriented Delivery Driver. Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time, while also greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, and preparing pizza. The position involves providing excellent customer service and helping with a range of restaurant tasks. The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour in wages and is also eligible for tips and mileage reimbursement. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of driving history.
- Be able to multitask and manage time.
- Communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be legally permitted to operate a motor vehicle in Washington and have a valid license and insurance.
- Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
- Have a positive attitude, punctuality, dependability, and a willingness to help and work with others.

Responsibilities
- Operate a personal vehicle to deliver customer orders.
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Use the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
- Answer phones, take orders, wash dishes, and assist with pizza preparation while providing excellent customer service.
