About The Position

A delivery driver safely delivers customer orders from the store to their doors while providing friendly service. When not making deliveries, drivers help prepare food, clean, and answer phones. The role requires wearing a company-approved hat and tucked-in company-approved shirt with non-faded black pants or shorts. This is a tipped position with a guaranteed base pay of $8.00 per hour, plus customer tips, mileage, and device reimbursement; drivers average $15–$20 per hour. The franchise describes opportunities to advance to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.
• Have a clean driving record; driving record and motor vehicle record will be checked.
• Have access to a clean, reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries and be listed on its insurance policy.
• Be able to read a map, use GPS, and navigate the delivery area, including multi-story buildings.
• Be friendly, upbeat, and prepared to handle varied conditions, including bad weather.
