About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver with flexible hours, suitable for part-time work, full-time employment, or a second job. The role includes customer service and order processing, preparing products, maintaining stocked and clean work areas, delivering orders, and completing additional tasks as requested by management. Drivers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and weather.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to drive in adverse weather, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
• Must have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Must conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Must be able to work alone and with others.
• Must be willing to meet high quality-control standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Must have strong hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to walk or run between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer location when safe to do so.
• Must be able to remain standing for extended periods.
• Must occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb ladders infrequently for cleaning, changing signs, or maintenance.
• Must be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs during some deliveries.
• Must frequently crouch, bend, and reach when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
• Prepare products.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas, the production area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Deliver products to customers, navigating the designated delivery area.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Communicate verbally with customers and team members in a positive manner.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the management team.
• Perform basic calculations and make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks within specified periods.
