About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers in Columbia and surrounding areas. The driver represents the organization at each stop, providing friendly, professional service and ensuring deliveries arrive safely and on time. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least two years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning technology.
• Ability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Columbia and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond positively to questions and concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Handle packages carefully to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Use GPS and route-planning tools to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, and customer issues.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
