About The Position

Are you a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team as a Delivery Driver in Pittsburgh, United States! We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to customers' locations. Navigate efficiently through Pittsburgh and surrounding areas using GPS and maps. Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of products. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Verify order accuracy before leaving for delivery and upon arrival at the customer's location. Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Assist with additional tasks in-store during non-delivery hours, such as restocking and cleaning. Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
  • Strong navigation abilities using both GPS and traditional maps
  • Physical capability to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and delivery apps
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
