About The Position

Spectrum Paint Company is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role delivers products to customers using a company vehicle and also supports order preparation, paint-color matching, customer service, and store operations. Store hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday; the store is closed Sundays. Scheduling is flexible. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be punctual and dependable, and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, and squatting. Candidates must be able to distinguish colors and pass a background check and, as applicable, an MVR check. A high school diploma or GED is required. Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English ability is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers using a company vehicle.
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure prompt delivery.
Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
Prepare orders by mixing or tinting products to customer specifications.
Identify and match paint colors accurately.
Assist customers by phone and in the store with orders and questions.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain a cash drawer properly.
Provide a high level of customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
