About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers safely deliver customer orders and provide friendly, professional service. The role also supports store operations between deliveries by helping with phones and orders, food preparation, stocking, and cleaning. Drivers earn $15.00 per hour while working inside the store and $7.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, plus tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour and daily mileage compensation. Actual tip earnings may vary. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn and advance into management. This active position involves driving to customer locations, delivering products and flyers or door hangers, and completing store duties. Physical tasks include extended standing, walking, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders occasionally, and bending or crouching. Drivers may work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive during daytime and nighttime hours.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Reliable access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.

Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
