About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers' doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, completing inventory and related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The work involves customer and coworker communication, order entry by computer keyboard or touch screen, handling money, and completing physical tasks in the store and during deliveries.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Ability to travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; several deliveries may be made per shift.
Ability to navigate five or more flights of stairs when required.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.

Responsibilities
