About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers within a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow into management or other positions. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members also perform general in-store duties, including preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional stair or ladder climbing.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery areas, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries and travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
