About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and personality. Team members help make, bake, or take pizzas during the day and night. The role may suit someone looking for a main job, a supplemental job, or a position compatible with school and other activities. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within Domino’s and its franchise network. The work involves performing in-store tasks in a fast-paced environment and working with customers and coworkers. Conditions may include varying weather during outside tasks, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Most tasks are performed standing, with frequent walking, reaching, and hand use. The role also involves occasional lifting and carrying, pushing or pulling trays, and infrequent climbing or stair use.

Requirements

Ability to communicate by talking and hearing on the telephone.
Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform tasks primarily while standing, with short-distance walking and continuous reaching and hand use.
Ability to unload and handle deliveries, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to push or pull trays on dollies and occasionally climb stairs or a ladder.
Ability to bend, crouch or squat, reach above 72 inches occasionally, and perform frequent or forceful hand and forearm tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and interact with customers.
Make, bake, or take pizzas as part of store operations.
Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
Unload and stock product deliveries, ingredients, and supplies.
Perform food-preparation and assembly tasks, including shaping dough and assembling pizza boxes.
Use a pizza peel and rolling cutter to handle pizzas.
Clean work surfaces, dishes, walls, and low areas as needed.
Answer phones and complete paperwork.
Change prices on signs and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
Work independently and with others while meeting quality-control standards.
