About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, with hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses, or use one of our company-provided vehicles (must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history). Safe driving record is a must! Our drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more efficient deliveries and more money. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time shifts available to fit individual needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history to use a company car.

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
• Scoop ingredients, wash dishes.
• Obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, answer phones.
• Shape pizza dough.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Perform in-store tasks requiring depth perception, near and mid-range vision.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Drive using far and night vision.
