About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products to company standards, and deliver orders throughout the designated delivery area. The role also supports store cleanliness, food safety, inventory organization, and a positive team environment. This is a variable-hour position with flexible scheduling. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
