About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to deliver products and provide customer service throughout Collinsville and surrounding areas. The role involves safely operating a vehicle on assigned routes, planning efficient deliveries, handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate delivery records, and representing the brand positively. Drivers inspect their vehicles, follow traffic and company safety rules, care for products, meet delivery schedules, and work with team members and management to support operations. The position offers flexible hours and a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology for route planning.
Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitments.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-service orientation.
Physical capability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Collinsville and surrounding areas.

Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.

Handle products carefully so they arrive in good condition.
