About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders within the designated delivery area and support store operations. Drivers receive an hourly wage in addition to mileage and tips; the posting says drivers average $12–$17 per hour, with tips and mileage paid daily. Flexible scheduling may be available. On-the-job training and orientation are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into customer service, management, or franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Bodily Injury coverage are required.
Customer service and navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone, to process orders.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and sit while conducting deliveries or completing paperwork.
Ability to lift deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and carry items as described in the posting.
Ability to perform occasional stair or ladder climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and continuous reaching and hand-use tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Operate equipment safely according to operating standards.
Stock ingredients from deliveries in production areas and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare and prep product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and assisting with food preparation.
