About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Florissant location at 2500 N Hwy 67. The driver delivers products to customers in the Florissant area, represents the company during customer interactions, and works independently in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and efficiency are valued. Drivers are expected to provide safe, timely service and maintain professional conduct and vehicle condition.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history if age 18; at least 1 year of driving history if age 19 or older.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company-specific standards and a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional behavior.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Comfort using GPS navigation systems and mobile technology for route planning.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Florissant area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations.
• Greet customers professionally, provide exceptional service, and address questions or concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
