About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to serve customers in the Granite City area. The driver safely delivers products along assigned routes, provides friendly and professional customer service, and works independently while communicating with dispatch and management. The role requires efficient route planning, careful handling of products, and maintaining a safe, reliable vehicle and driving record.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route-planning tools.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
• Customer-service orientation and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently while remaining goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes within the Granite City area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide professional customer service, answer questions, and address concerns with empathy and transparency.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Organize and load the vehicle efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize travel time.
• Adapt to changing schedules, route adjustments, and business demands.
