About The Position

Deliver and merchandise PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, by driving an assigned route to local customer locations, including Foodservice accounts. The role involves unloading and merchandising products to local standards while building positive customer relationships and ensuring beverages are delivered safely and on time. The position is based in Ada, Oklahoma. Work is scheduled five days per week, from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom learning. The work environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with the driver on the go for most of the day and regularly lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid CDL Class A license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and follow DOT regulations. California-specific exceptions apply: in locations other than Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted; in Stockton, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability, with or without accommodation, to repeatedly lift and load cases weighing 20–45 pounds during work hours.
Ability, with or without accommodation, to push or pull using 40–150 pounds of force occasionally.
Ability, with or without accommodation, to reach, squat, and bend while delivering and merchandising products in stores.

Responsibilities

Drive a delivery vehicle on an assigned route and deliver products to customer locations, including Foodservice accounts.
Unload products and place them in designated backroom areas using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, and in coolers or vending equipment to meet local standards and ensure freshness.
Build small displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
Generate invoices and complete daily settlement of cash and charges.
Coordinate with store management and receiving personnel to obtain acceptance of deliveries.
