About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a friendly customer experience while supporting store operations. Drivers represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, prepare products according to company standards, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment. Delivery duties include driving and navigating within the designated delivery area. The role also involves operating store equipment, supporting inventory organization and restocking, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay. Drivers must use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment when leaving the company. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
