About The Position

As a Delivery Driver at Domino’s, you will deliver orders within the assigned delivery area while following traffic laws and company safety standards. The role also supports in-store operations by operating equipment, stocking supplies, preparing products as needed, processing orders, and maintaining clean work areas. You will communicate with customers and team members, provide professional customer service, and accurately handle transactions, order entry, paperwork, and delivery records.

Responsibilities

Operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards.
Navigate delivery routes using maps and navigational applications; locate and deliver orders to designated addresses.
Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork.
Operate in-store equipment as directed.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products according to company specifications as needed.
Receive and process telephone orders when required.
Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment daily.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members verbally and in writing.
Process orders accurately over the phone and in person, and provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed.
Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly.
Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change.
Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately.
Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions.
